With the triumph, Eastern Wayne moves its record to 1-13 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Goldsboro (Goldsboro, NC) to clash with the Cougars in a Neuse Six 2A test on Monday, October 21. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 3-5. Goldsboro lost 3-2 in their recent league test against North Johnston (Kenly, NC)

The Bruins now sport a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Princeton for a Neuse Six 2A test on Tuesday, October 22. Beddingfield will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Spring Creek (Seven Springs, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-8.
