Triad Knights (Troy, IL) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Jersey Panthers (Jerseyville, IL), 7-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Triad moves its record to 12-6 on the campaign.

The Panthers now sport a 1-20 record. They take the field next when they travel to Litchfield for a non-league test on Friday, October 18. Jersey will meet a Purple Panthers team coming off a 6-2 non-league win over East Alton-Wood River (Wood River, IL). The Purple Panthers record now stands at 9-10.
