Batesville Pioneers (Batesville, AR) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Paragould Rams (Paragould, AR), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Batesville improves its record to 10-7 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Greene County Tech (Paragould, AR) to encounter the Golden Eagles in a 5A East test on Tuesday, October 22. The Golden Eagles go into the test with a record of 13-5. Greene County Tech won 3-0 in their recent league test against West Memphis (West Memphis, AR)

The Rams now own a 11-19 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Little Rock for a non-league test on Monday, October 21. Paragould will encounter a Charging Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bryant (Bryant, AR). The Charging Wildcats record now stands at 4-14.
