The McLean County Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Hancock County Hornets to 0 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cougars now have a 7-22 record.
With the loss, Hancock County drops to 4-19 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Meade County (Brandenburg, KY) to play the Green Waves in a District 11 outing on Monday, October 21. The Green Waves come into the outing with a record of 15-16. Meade County won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against University Heights (Hopkinsville, KY)
