The Lisbon Lions volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting North Linn Lynx to 0 in the Lions non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now have a 26-7 record. They play next when they host North Cedar for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 19. Lisbon will play a Knights team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Starmont (Arlington, IA). The Knights record now stands at 8-16.

With the loss, North Linn drops to 15-16 on the campaign. The Lynx travel to Calamus-Wheatland (Wheatland, IA) to play the Warriors in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 19. The Warriors come into the outing with a record of 22-8. Calamus-Wheatland won 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Edgewood-Colesburg (Edgewood, IA)
