New York High School Football - Chester-Seward defeats Monticello

In Friday's non-league match, the host Chester-Seward Hambletonians football squad scored a good 47-22 victory over the Monticello Panthers.
The Hambletonians (6-1) will now prepare for their match against O'Neill (Highland Falls, NY). The Raiders enter the Section 9 C match with a 4-3 record. In their last match, O'Neill was beaten by Dover (Dover Plains, NY), 32-0, in a league match.
Next up, the Panthers play the Highland Huskies (Highland, NY) in a non-league battle, on Friday, October 24. Monticello will attempt to advance on its 0-7 season record. The Huskies go into the battle with a 2-5 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to New Paltz (New Paltz, NY).
