Pennsylvania High School Football - Eisenhower knocked off by Mercyhurst Prep

In Friday's league bout, the Mercyhurst Prep Lakers (Erie, PA) football team beat the visiting Eisenhower Knights (Russell, PA), by a final score of 36-28.

With the win, Mercyhurst Prep advances its record to 4-4 on the season. The Lakers travel to Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA) to encounter the Bison in a non-league bout on Friday, October 24. The Bison go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Fort LeBoeuf won 42-15 in their recent league contest against Girard (Girard, PA)

The Knights now own a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Greenville for a non-league bout on Friday, October 24. Eisenhower will encounter a Trojans team coming off a 49-8 league win over Maplewood (Guys Mills, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 8-1.
