    In Friday's league match, the visiting McEachern Indians football squad scored a good 35-14 triumph over the Hillgrove Hawks.

    The Indians (8-0) will now prepare for their match against South Cobb (Austell, GA). The Eagles go into the AAAAAA Region 3 challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, South Cobb was dropped by Pebblebrook (Mableton, GA), 22-20, in a league challenge.

    The Hawks (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Harrison (Kennesaw, GA). The Hoyas go into the AAAAAA Region 3 challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Harrison toppled Osborne (Marietta, GA), 56-7, in a league challenge.
