The Wilson Area Warriors soccer team scored 6 points and restricted the visiting Pen Argyl Green Knights to 0 in the Warriors league win on Friday.
Next, the Warriors face the Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA) in a non-league game, on Monday, October 20. Wilson Area will attempt to advance on its 12-7 season record. The Crimson Tide enter the game with a 10-9 record after their 9-2 league win over Marian Catholic (Tamaqua, PA).
The Green Knights (8-10) will now prepare for their game against Northwestern Lehigh (New Tripoli, PA). The Tigers enter the Colonial contest with a 20-1 record. In their last contest, Northwestern Lehigh held off Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA), 4-0, in a league challenge.
