Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons (Olney, MD) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Archbishop Carroll Lions (Washington, DC), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Our Lady of Good Counsel improves its record to 4-11 on the season. The Falcons travel to St. John's (Washington, DC) to meet the Cadets in a WCAC challenge on Tuesday, October 21. The Cadets come into the challenge with a record of 14-8. St. John's won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD)

Next, the Lions meet the Elizabeth Seton Roadrunners (Bladensburg, MD) in a Washington Catholic challenge, on Monday, October 20. Archbishop Carroll will attempt to advance on its 1-10 season record. The Roadrunners go into the test with a 4-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA).
