New York High School Volleyball - Irondequoit over Brighton

Fans at Friday's league contest between the Irondequoit Eagles (Rochester, NY) and the host Brighton Bruins (Rochester, NY), observed Irondequoit's volleyball team top Brighton by a count of 3-1.

With the win, Irondequoit improves its record to 19-5 on the season. The Eagles travel to Wayne (Ontario Center, NY) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league battle on Monday, October 20. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 10-6.

Next, the Bruins battle the Churchville-Chili Saints (Churchville, NY) in a Section 5 Monroe County II contest, on Tuesday, October 21. Brighton will attempt to move on its 3-11 season record.
