The Pope John Paul II Jaguars volleyball squad (Slidell, LA), was defeated 2-0 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Fontainebleau Bulldogs (Mandeville, LA)

The Bulldogs (21-12) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Michael (Baton Rouge, LA). The Warriors enter the non-league challenge with a 22-1 record. In their last challenge, St. Michael beat Collegiate (Baton Rouge, LA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Jaguars meet the St. Michael Warriors (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 17. Pope John Paul II will attempt to upgrade on its 12-12 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 22-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Collegiate (Baton Rouge, LA).
