Texas High School Volleyball - New Braunfels over Smithson Valley

In Friday's league challenge, the visiting New Braunfels Unicorns volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Smithson Valley Rangers.

The Unicorns (39-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Boerne-Champion (Boerne, TX). The Chargers come into the 5A Region IV District 26 challenge with a 25-6 record. In their last challenge, Boerne-Champion lost by Pieper (San Antonio, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Rangers play the Wagner Thunderbirds (San Antonio, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 26 challenge, on Tuesday, October 21. Smithson Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 25-14 season record. The Thunderbirds go into the test with a 1-29 record after their 3-0 league loss to Veterans Memorial (San Antonio, TX).
