The Coronado Cougars topped the host Widefield Gladiators volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Cougars now have a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Canon City for a test on Thursday, October 20. Coronado will confront a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 league win over Harrison (Colorado Springs, CO). The Tigers record now stands at 16-1.
The Gladiators (5-12) will now prepare for their test against Palmer (Colorado Springs, CO). The Terrors enter the test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Palmer was knocked off by Rampart (Colorado Springs, CO), 2-0, in a non-league test.
