The Franklin Cougars held off the visiting Pebble Hills Spartans volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's league test.
The Cougars now have a 22-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastwood for a test on Friday, October 21. Franklin will confront a Troopers team coming off a 2-1 league win over Montwood (El Paso, TX). The Troopers record now stands at 23-0.
The Spartans (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Eastlake (El Paso, TX). The Falcons enter the test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Eastlake was nudged by Franklin (El Paso, TX), 2-0, in a league test.
