The Los Alamos Hilltoppers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes to 1 in the Hilltoppers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Hilltoppers now have a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Espanola Valley for a non-league game on Thursday, October 20. Los Alamos will confront a Sundevils team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Sundevils record now stands at 0-9.
The Elks/Elkettes (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Taos (Taos, NM). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 0-6 record. In their last game, Taos was nudged by Moriarty (Moriarty, NM), 2-1, in a non-league game.
