The Milford Central Wildcats held off the visiting Franklin Central Purple Devils soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league match.

The Wildcats now sport a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to Schenevus Central for a non-league match on Friday, October 21. Milford Central will encounter a Dragons squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Cherry Valley-Springfield (Cherry Valley, NY). The Dragons record now stands at 13-1.

With the loss, Franklin Central drops to 10-6 on the season.
