In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Los Alamos Hilltoppers soccer squad scored a close 8-1 triumph over the Taos Tigers.
The Hilltoppers (11-7) will now prepare for their battle against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Elks/Elkettes come into the 4A District 2 battle with a 2-14 record. In their last battle, Pojoaque Valley Moriarty (Moriarty, NM), 1-1, in a league battle.
The Tigers (6-10) will now prepare for their battle against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Pintos come into the 4A District 2 battle with a 7-9 record. In their last battle, Moriarty Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM), 1-1, in a league battle.
