In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks (Colorado Springs, CO) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Discovery Canyon Thunder (Colorado Springs, CO), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Red-Tailed Hawks face the Coronado Cougars (Colorado Springs, CO) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, October 26. Cheyenne Mountain will attempt to better on its 2-7 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 0-5 record after their 2-0 league loss to Canon City (Canon City, CO).

With the loss, Discovery Canyon moves to 12-6 on the year. The Thunder travel to Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO) to face the Rangers in a non-league contest on Thursday, October 20. The Rangers go into the contest with a record of 12-2. Lewis-Palmer won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Lutheran (Parker, CO)
