The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Albemarle won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Charlottesville (Charlottesville, VA)

The Mustangs now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they host Western Albemarle for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 25. Monticello will play a Warriors squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Louisa County (Mineral, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 12-1.
