With the win, Nottoway upgrades its record to 11-3 on the year. The Cougars travel to Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA) to play the Statesmen in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 20. The Statesmen go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Randolph-Henry won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Cumberland (Cumberland, VA)

The Eagles now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Lunenburg Central for a non-league bout on Monday, October 24. Prince Edward County will play a Chargers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Buckingham (Buckingham, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 9-2.
