Texas High School Volleyball - Anderson over Bowie

In Tuesday's league contest, the Anderson Trojans (Austin, TX) volleyball squad knocked off the host Bowie Bulldogs (Austin, TX), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Trojans battle the Del Valle Cardinals (Del Valle, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 26 contest, on Friday, October 21. Anderson will attempt to better on its 22-19 season record. The Cardinals come into the contest with a 10-21 record after their 3-0 league loss to Johnson (Buda, TX).

With the loss, Bowie drops to 13-28 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Akins (Austin, TX) to battle the Eagles in a 6A Region IV District 26 contest on Friday, October 21. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 5-29. Akins lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Lake Travis (Austin, TX)
