South Dakota High School Volleyball - Philip over Bennett County

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Philip Scotties (Philip, SD) and the visiting Bennett County Warriors (Martin, SD), saw Philip's volleyball squad beat Bennett County by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Philip upgrades its record to 18-10 on the year. The Scotties travel to New Underwood (New Underwood, SD) to play the Tigers in a B Region 7 bout on Tuesday, October 25. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 14-13.

The Warriors now own a 2-22 record. They play next when they travel to Little Wound for a A Region 7 bout on Monday, October 24. Bennett County will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Red Cloud (Pine Ridge, SD). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-12.
