The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Trona Tornadoes (Trona, CA) and the visiting Big Pine Warriors (Big Pine, CA), saw Trona's volleyball squad beat Big Pine by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Trona upgrades its record to 2-15 on the year. The Tornadoes host Mojave (Mojave, CA) to play the Mustangs in a Hi-Lo bout on Thursday, October 20. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 7-18. Mojave lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Baker (Baker, CA)

The Warriors now own a 1-10 record. They play next when they host Immanuel Christian for a Hi-Lo bout on Thursday, October 20. Big Pine will play a Crusaders squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Lone Pine (Lone Pine, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 11-7.
