The Boca Ciega Pirates held off the visiting Northeast Vikings volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Pirates now have a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Osceola for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 19. Boca Ciega will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Largo (Largo, FL). The Warriors record now stands at 17-7.
With the loss, Northeast moves to 8-15 on the year.
