In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Latexo Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Colmesneil Bulldogs.

The Tigers (13-9) will now prepare for their battle against Corrigan-Camden (Corrigan, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 2A Region III District 23 battle with a 15-17 record. In their last battle, Corrigan-Camden achieved victory over Lovelady (Lovelady, TX), 3-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Grapeland Sandies (Grapeland, TX) in a 2A Region III District 23 battle, on Friday, October 21. Colmesneil will attempt to advance on its 3-23 season record. The Sandies come into the battle with a 2-21 record after their 3-0 league loss to Groveton (Groveton, TX).
