The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the East Greenwich Avengers (East Greenwich, RI) and the visiting Cranston West Falcons (Cranston, RI), saw East Greenwich's volleyball squad beat Cranston West by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, East Greenwich upgrades its record to 8-6 on the year. The Avengers host Mount St. Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI) to play the Mounties in a State Championship Division - B bout on Thursday, October 20. The Mounties go into the bout with a record of 6-5.

The Falcons now own a 0-12 record. They play next when they travel to Classical for a State Championship Division - B bout on Thursday, October 20. Cranston West will play a Purples squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Cranston East (Cranston, RI). The Purples record now stands at 5-7.
