Texas High School Volleyball - Rosebud-Lott over Marlin

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Rosebud-Lott Cougars (Rosebud, TX) and the visiting Marlin Bulldogs (Marlin, TX), saw Rosebud-Lott's volleyball squad beat Marlin by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Rosebud-Lott upgrades its record to 19-12 on the year. The Cougars host Chilton (Chilton, TX) to play the Pirates in a 2A Region II District 16 bout on Friday, October 21. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 3-15. Chilton won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Marlin (Marlin, TX)

The Bulldogs now own a 5-15 record. They play next when they travel to Riesel for a 2A Region II District 16 bout on Friday, October 21. Marlin will play a Indians squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bremond (Bremond, TX). The Indians record now stands at 13-14.
