With the win, Trinity Christian upgrades its record to 6-12 on the year. The Gryphons host Oakcrest (McLean, VA) to play the Chargers in a Virginia Christian Athletic bout on Friday, October 21. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 1-9. Oakcrest lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Fredericksburg Christian (Fredericksburg, VA)

The Wolves now own a 3-14 record. They play next when they host Veritas School for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 20. Saint John Paul the Great Catholic will play a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 league win over St. Margaret's (Tappahannock, VA). The Lions record now stands at 6-8.
