In Wednesday's non-league battle, the visiting New London Whalers soccer squad scored a good 8-0 triumph over the Amistad Wolves.
The Whalers (2-10) will now prepare for their battle against Windham (Willimantic, CT). The Whippets come into the Eastern Connecticut IV battle with a 6-6 record. In their last battle, Windham thwarted Tourtellotte (North Grosvenordale, CT), 6-0, in a league battle.
The Wolves (0-11) will now prepare for their battle against Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy (Hartford, CT). The Phoenix come into the non-league battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy thwarted Capital Prep (Hartford, CT), 4-0, in a non-league battle.
