In Wednesday's league battle, the visiting Reed Raiders soccer squad scored a close 5-1 triumph over the Spanish Springs Cougars.
The Raiders (14-0) will now prepare for their battle against Hug (Reno, NV). The Hawks come into the battle with a 18-0 record. In their last challenge, Hug tipped Reno (Reno, NV), 7-1, in a league challenge.
The Cougars now have a 1-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to McQueen for a challenge on Saturday, October 21. Spanish Springs will confront a Lancers team coming off a 4-0 league loss to North Valleys (Reno, NV). The Lancers record now stands at 3-8.
