Next, the Mustangs face the Silverado Skyhawks (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A Mountain challenge, on Tuesday, October 24. Shadow Ridge will attempt to better on its 9-5 season record. The Skyhawks enter the challenge with a 7-12 record after their 2-2 non-league Southeast Career Tech (Las Vegas, NV).

The Cowboys now have a 11-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Centennial for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 20. Chaparral will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-1 league win over Clark (Las Vegas, NV). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-7.
