Gray Stone Day Knights (Misenheimer, NC) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls (Norwood, NC), 8-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Knights confront the Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 19. Gray Stone Day will attempt to move on its 14-2 season record. The Ragin' Bulls enter the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 4-1 league win over Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC).
The Rowdy Rebel Bulls now possess a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Anson for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, October 24. South Stanly will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 9-0 league loss to Forest Hills (Marshville, NC). The Bearcats record now stands at 0-17.
