The Wayne County Yellow Jackets got by the host LaGrange Grangers softball squad by a count of 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle.
The Grangers now sport a 15-14 record. They play next when they travel to Shaw for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 19. LaGrange will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to LaGrange (LaGrange, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 11-12.
