In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the Thomas Jefferson Vikings (Richmond, VA) volleyball team got by the visiting Armstrong Wildcats (Richmond, VA), by a count of 3-2.
The Vikings (5-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Matoaca (Chesterfield, VA). The Warriors enter the non-league challenge with a 4-14 record. In their last challenge, Matoaca was nudged by Thomas Dale (Chester, VA), 3-2, in a league challenge.
