Kansas High School Football - Dighton trounces Hodgeman County

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Dighton Hornets football squad scored a decisive 52-8 victory over the Hodgeman County Longhorns.

The Hornets (7-0) will now prepare for their match against Greeley County (Tribune, KS). The Jackrabbits enter the Northwest Kansas (8 Man) match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Greeley County was routed by Wheatland-Grinnell (Grainfield, KS), 34-12, in a league outing.

With the defeat, Hodgeman County drops to 6-1 on the campaign. The Longhorns host Victoria (Victoria, KS) to clash with the Knights in a non-league outing on Friday, October 25. The Knights come into the outing with a record of 7-0. Victoria won 58-0 in their recent league outing against Macksville (Macksville, KS)
