The Oakmont Vikings felled the host Mira Loma Matadors flag football team by a score of 27-14 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Vikings play the Colfax Falcons (Colfax, CA) in a Pioneer Valley League challenge, on Monday, October 21. Oakmont will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Falcons go into the challenge with a 9-0 record after their 40-13 league win over Wheatland (Wheatland, CA).

The Matadors (4-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln (Lincoln, CA). The Fighting Zebras go into the Pioneer Valley League challenge with a 3-8 record. In their last challenge, Lincoln was dropped by Center (Antelope, CA), 19-13, in a league challenge.
