Masconomet Regional Chieftains (Boxford, MA) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Marblehead Magicians (Marblehead, MA), 6-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Masconomet Regional advances its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Chieftains travel to Hamilton-Wenham Regional (South Hamilton, MA) to clash with the Generals in a non-league test on Monday, October 21. The Generals come into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Magicians now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host St. Mary's for a non-league test on Friday, October 25. Marblehead will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Archbishop Williams (Braintree, MA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-1.
