In Friday's league outing, the visiting Chazy Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Saranac Lake Red Storm.

The Eagles (8-5) will now prepare for their outing against Moriah (Port Henry, NY). The Vikings go into the Northern outing with a 15-0 record. In their last outing, Moriah got by Boquet Valley (Elizabethtown, NY), 2-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Red Storm play the Lake Placid Bombers (Lake Placid, NY) in a Northern outing, on Tuesday, October 22. Saranac Lake will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Bombers go into the outing with a 6-7 record after their 2-0 league win over Seton Catholic Central (Plattsburgh, NY).
