Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Deptford Spartans (Deptford, NJ) and the host Timber Creek Regional Chargers (Erial, NJ), saw Deptford's soccer squad knock off Timber Creek Regional by a count of 3-1.

The Spartans (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Highland Regional (Blackwood, NJ). The Tartans enter the Tri-County - Royal battle with a 4-8 record. In their last battle, Highland Regional by Delsea (Franklinville, NJ), 6-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Chargers confront the Cumberland Colts (Seabrook, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 22. Timber Creek Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Colts enter the battle with a 8-5 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Glassboro (Glassboro, NJ).
