In Friday's non-league match, the host Gordon Lee Trojans softball team scored a nice 8-0 win over the Jasper County Hurricanes.
The Trojans (27-3) will now prepare for their match against Jasper County (Monticello, GA). The Hurricanes come into the non-league match with a 17-7 record. In their last match, Jasper County was routed by Lamar County (Barnesville, GA), 6-5, in a non-league match.
