In Friday's non-league match, the host Seckinger Jaguars softball team scored a tight 9-7 victory over the Pope Greyhounds.
The Jaguars (25-4) will now prepare for their match against Pope (Marietta, GA). The Greyhounds go into the non-league match with a 20-9 record. In their last match, Pope by Kell (Marietta, GA), 6-3, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Greyhounds battle the Seckinger Jaguars (Buford, GA) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 18. Pope will attempt to better on its 20-10 season record. The Jaguars go into the match with a 24-4 record after their 7-6 non-league win over North Hall (Gainesville, GA).
