Texas High School Volleyball - Whitesboro overwhelmed by Boyd

Boyd Yellowjackets (Boyd, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Whitesboro Bearcats (Whitesboro, TX), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Boyd improves its record to 29-4 on the season. The Yellowjackets travel to Callisburg (Gainesville, TX) to face the Wildcats in a 3A Region II District 10 test on Tuesday, October 22. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 7-18.

The Bearcats now own a 20-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paradise for a 3A Region II District 10 test on Tuesday, October 22. Whitesboro will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Pilot Point (Pilot Point, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 17-14.
