In Friday's league challenge, the host Calvin Christian Crusaders volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Orange Glen Patriots.

The Crusaders (7-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Rock Academy (San Diego, CA). The Warriors enter the Ocean challenge with a 18-1 record. In their last challenge, Rock Academy beat Escondido Adventist Academy (Escondido, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Patriots meet the Del Lago Academy Firebirds (Escondido, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 22. Orange Glen will attempt to upgrade on its 12-13 season record. The Firebirds enter the challenge with a 13-20 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Tri-City Christian (Vista, CA).
