The Red Devils (14-11) will now prepare for their contest against Harmony (Big Sandy, TX). The Eagles enter the 3A Region II District 13 contest with a 28-7 record. In their last contest, Harmony notched a victory over New Diana (Diana, TX), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Mustangs battle the Jefferson Bulldogs (Jefferson, TX) in a 3A Region II District 13 contest, on Tuesday, October 22. Hughes Springs will attempt to move on its 20-17 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 14-19 record after their 3-0 league win over Daingerfield (Daingerfield, TX).
