Texas High School Volleyball - Overton overwhelmed by Latexo

Latexo Tigers (Latexo, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Overton Mustangs (Overton, TX), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Latexo improves its record to 21-12 on the season. The Tigers travel to Carlisle (Price, TX) to face the Indians in a 2A Region III District 19 test on Tuesday, October 22. The Indians go into the test with a record of 16-19. Carlisle lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Alto (Alto, TX)

The Mustangs now own a 15-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grapeland for a 2A Region III District 19 test on Tuesday, October 22.
