The Vandegrift Vipers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Manor Mustangs to 0 in the Vipers league triumph on Friday.

The Vipers now possess a 27-14 record. They play next when they host Hutto for a 6A Region IV District 25 outing on Friday, October 25. Vandegrift will play a Hippos team coming off a 3-0 league win over Manor (Manor, TX). The Hippos record now stands at 21-19.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Hutto Hippos (Hutto, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 25 challenge, on Tuesday, October 22. Manor will attempt to upgrade on its 0-26 season record. The Hippos come into the challenge with a 20-19 record after their 3-0 league loss to Stony Point (Round Rock, TX).
