Texas High School Volleyball - Ponder over Valley View

The Ponder Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Valley View Eagles to 0 in the Lions league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now possess a 30-4 record. They play next when they travel to Pilot Point for a 3A Region II District 10 outing on Tuesday, October 22. Ponder will play a Bearcats team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Paradise (Paradise, TX). The Bearcats record now stands at 3-21.

With the loss, Valley View drops to 6-22 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Whitesboro (Whitesboro, TX) to play the Bearcats in a 3A Region II District 10 outing on Friday, October 25. The Bearcats come into the outing with a record of 20-15.
