Washington High School Soccer - Ridgefield nudges Tumwater

In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Ridgefield Spudders soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Tumwater Thunderbirds.
The Spudders (6-5) will now prepare for their outing against Columbia River (Vancouver, WA). The Rapids go into the 2A Greater St. Helens outing with a 11-0 record. In their last outing, Columbia River got by Woodland (Woodland, WA), 1-0, in a league test.
The Thunderbirds now have a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they host Shelton for a 2A Evergreen test on Tuesday, October 21. Tumwater will clash with a Highclimbers team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Black Hills (Tumwater, WA). The Highclimbers record now stands at 1-11.
