In Saturday's non-league contest, the Islesboro Central Eagles (Islesboro, ME) soccer team routed the host Temple Academy Bereans (Waterville, ME), by a tally of 4-0.
Next, the Eagles face the Carrabec Cobras (North Anson, ME) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, October 22. Islesboro Central will attempt to advance on its 9-3 season record.
The Bereans (1-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Pine Tree Academy (Freeport, ME). The Breakers go into the non-league challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Pine Tree Academy Telstar (Bethel, ME), 1-1, in a non-league challenge.
